Politique de remboursement

Golden Tripod Group Return Policy:

-- No exchanges or returns relative about the personal hygiene items, for instance, Respirators.

-- The Buyer requires to pay the return shipping fees and the order shipping cost is not refundable due to the shipping service has been provided. 

-- The Returns with unopened boxes, we may charge a 25% Restocking fee only.

-- The Returns with open boxes but brand-new conditions with original box, we may charge 15% Depreciation and 25% Restocking fee. 

-- There is no refund for the used products. 

-- Regarding Manufacture damages returns about the electricity and plumbing products. The Buyer must submit in writing from a specialist such as licensed electrician and plumber and attach their licensing which to confirm it is not because of the incorrect installation. 

-- All Damages shipment for replacement, the buyer's responsibility to provide all the photos and documents required as soon as possible but not over 5 days. The claim must be submitted in writing to Golden Tripod Group within Five (5) days after receiving the product with proof of date received.
