Golden Tripod Group Return Policy:
No exchanges or returns for the personal hygiene items, for instance, Respirators.
The customer is required to pay the return shipping fees. The order shipping cost is not refundable because the shipping service has been provided.
For Returns with unopened boxes, we may charge a 25% Restocking fee only.
Returns with open boxes but brand-new conditions with original box, we may charge a 15% Depreciation and a 25% Restocking fee.
There is no refund for used products.
Regarding Manufacture damages returns for the electricity and plumbing products, the customer must submit in writing from a specialist, such as licensed electrician and plumber, and attach their licensing. This isto confirm damages are not because of incorrect installation.
For all damaged shipments that require immediate replacement, the customer must provide all the photos and document proofs required as soon as possible. The claim must be submitted in writing to Golden Tripod Group within Five (5) days after receiving the product with proof of date received.
